Origin:

A majority of Davidson's black teas are sourced from family tea farms in India. During a recent visit, Davidson's co-owner, Kunall Patel, captured this striking image of the tea plants with trees and local fauna growing all around. This is what it means to be a bio-dynamic tea farm.

Ingredients:

Organic black tea*. [* denotes Fair Trade Certified™]

Brewing:

  1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
  2. Add 2 grams of tea to a infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug.
  3. Pour the heated water into the mug.
  4. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.
  6. Sip and enjoy Davidson’s organic tea.

This is the smoothest, crispest black tea I've ever had. I drink a LOT of ice tea and prefer a cold brew. It seems I'm making tea much more often since I'm drinking a lot more with this tea. Highly recommended!

This tea is the nicest South Indian black tea I have had. It is the elusive balance between smoothness/lack of bitterness and complex, aromatic flavor/aroma. It is a light body tea, so it doesn't take to much milk, but does very nicely with a touch of sweetener and lemon or lime. It also is perfect for making iced tea (I prefer making hot double strength and pour over ice)
